Choose the right procedure
Code 052 concerns residence authorisations and other foreign-national documentation handled by its competent authorities. Use the information sheet for your exact application to identify the item and deadline. It is not the Police TIE fingerprint fee. Some work routes also have a separate work-authorisation fee with a different payer; check the procedure rather than assuming 052 covers everything.
What to prepare
Prepare the applicant’s identification and address, the correct province, the application type and the current fee item. Match initial, renewal, modification or long-term residence to the procedure. The official service determines the current amount. Check exemptions or reduced fees only where the official instructions provide for them.
Spanish fields explained
Provincia directs the fee to the relevant province. Ejercicio is the assessment year; epígrafe is the specific fee item. The applicant’s NIF/NIE and identity should match the associated residence application. Do not reuse another person’s generated reference or edit a barcode in a downloaded PDF.
How to submit
The official service offers an electronic payment-and-registration route and a fill-and-print route. For the electronic route, follow payment with the remaining signature/registration steps and download the registration receipt. For paper, generate the official document, pay through a participating financial institution and present the required evidence to the competent office.
After submission
Keep payment and registration evidence with your residence file. Registering or paying the fee does not replace the EX application and supporting documents. Follow the information sheet’s deadline or any formal request. If payment succeeded but registration failed, check the official service before making a duplicate payment.
