Terms of Use

Terms for using Newcomer.es accounts, calculators, guides and directory.

1. Operator and service

These terms govern use of Newcomer.es, operated by Newcomer. Contact: Carrer Londres, 35, 03509 Finestrat, Alacant, Spain; info@newcomer.es. Newcomer provides information and tools for organising relocation and life administration in Spain. Only features made available to you form part of the service.

2. Free access

Access is currently free. These terms do not create a subscription, authorise a charge or automatically convert your account to a paid plan. If optional paid services are introduced, their price and separate terms will be provided before purchase. Independent professionals may charge their own fees under separate arrangements.

3. General information only

Guides, calculators, checklists, alerts and any available automated guidance provide general information and organisational support, not individual legal, immigration, tax, financial or medical advice. Use does not create a professional-client relationship. Newcomer is not a Spanish public authority. It cannot grant residence, issue official documents, guarantee appointments or promise an application outcome. Check requirements with the responsible authority and seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

4. Accounts and Google sign-in

Keep your account information reasonably accurate and your login secure. Do not share passwords or impersonate another person. Google sign-in is optional. To connect Google to an existing account, first sign in by the existing method. You remain responsible for protecting access to your Google account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Registration availability and account features may vary while the platform develops.

5. Your information and household

Only submit information you are entitled to provide, including information about family members. Provide only what is needed. The Documents checklist records possession and dates; it does not require document copies. Do not send sensitive documents through the general enquiry form. Our Privacy Policy explains data use and your rights. Using the platform does not give us blanket consent for marketing or unrelated processing.

6. Calculations, deadlines and procedures

Results depend on your inputs, assumptions and the tool version. Verify important dates and requirements before acting. Saved information or a reminder does not submit an application, reserve an appointment, pay a fee, extend a deadline or confirm that an authority has accepted a filing. Keep your own copies of important records. Information may change and tools may have limited coverage.

7. Directory and independent providers

The directory helps you discover independent providers. A verification label describes the stated check; it does not guarantee quality, suitability, insurance, continuing authorisation or outcomes. Confirm credentials, scope, prices and terms directly with the provider. Professional services are supplied by the provider unless separate terms expressly say otherwise. Newcomer remains responsible for its own obligations and conduct.

8. Acceptable use and content

Do not attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, misuse other people’s information, submit unlawful or misleading material or interfere with the service. Respect intellectual-property rights. You keep your rights in content you submit and allow us to process it only as reasonably needed to provide the requested service. Public display applies to content submitted for publication, such as a business listing. This does not grant a general right to sell private content.

9. Availability and account closure

Maintenance, security incidents or technical failures may interrupt the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of every feature. We may restrict access proportionately for security, serious misuse or legal requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain restrictions and let you raise a concern at info@newcomer.es. You can ask for account closure, a copy of your information or deletion at the same address. Requests are reviewed; closure and deletion are not instant automated operations.

10. Responsibility and your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Free access does not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. These terms do not impose a blanket disclaimer for our own conduct or require you to waive access to a competent court. Applicable mandatory protections remain available. We will explain material changes and seek further acceptance where required; changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights.

11. Contact and language

Send questions or complaints to info@newcomer.es. The English and Spanish versions are intended to have equivalent meaning; a difference in wording must not reduce mandatory rights. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
